Have you ever wondered why you eat when you're not hungry? Or why you have any habit at all, whether good or bad (I prefer helpful vs. not helpful--better positive connotation ;))?

The answer is: you have been trigger trained. This is something that happens over time and can be cause from the sight, sound, or smell of an object that you subconsciously associate with a behavior.
