Intermittent Fasting can absolutely be part of your Power Foods Lifestyle. In this podcast, I will discuss the history of Intermittent Fasting, physiological benefits, populations who I would recommend be very wary of Intermittent Fasting, the Power Foods Lifestyle approach to IF and how to navigate it with our methodology and principles, and how I have been living it and my experience for the past month (I LOVE it, but never could have done it with my obsessions on food in former years--I had to rewire myself to get here and NOW, it's great!).
