I'd like to share with you the story of Cheryl, 48, from California. The Power Foods Lifestyle helped her lose 25 pounds in 8 weeks. 

My jaw literally dropped when I got her transformation photos after she had been living the Power Foods Lifestyle.

Before the Power Foods Lifestyle, she didn't feel healthy, had endometriosis, had no energy, and felt so overwhelmed that something needed to change.

She used to do 3 meals a day with a little snack, like chips or a granola bar, in the afternoon.
