Welcome to Part 3 of a series I am doing focusing something called "The Word of Wisdom." This is the code of health that members of my religion, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, seek to follow.

I realize I have a listening audience that is composed of a large number of LDS members as well as many other faith-driven people...

This episode serves two purposes:

  1. to help members of the LDS faith to increase their resolve and understanding of the Word of Wisdom
  2. to share spiritual insights that will help members of any faith to find deeper meaning to their health as well as respecting their bodies even more!

In Part 3, I will cover the following:

  • Moderation in eating foods of the earth
  • How to be temperate in all things
  • Strategies of improving our eating habits
